PhD Thesis

In 2012 I completed my DPhil (PhD) studies in Molecular Genetics in the Department of Biochemistry, University of Oxford.

During this time I investigated genetic mechanisms regulating chronological and replicative ageing in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae using several approaches from biochemistry, molecular biology, microscopy, and bioinformatics.

The final version of my thesis is available for download here. The thesis has a record in the British Library EThOS and the Oxford University Research Archive.
